We are so excited to share one of our keynote speakers with you all! Back by popular demand, we are thrilled to announce that Coach, Speaker, and Author Kelly Swingler will be joining us at our 2022 Positive HR Conference! 🥳
Kelly is committed to changing the way we deliver HR and Learning for people and works with HR and L&D teams to help them do things differently, challenge the status quo, and deliver solutions that are right for the organisations.
She coaches HR professionals on a one-to-one and group basis and delivers in-house workshops with a difference to help change the face of HR 💪.
Kelly’s session will explore the evolution of HR as a result of the challenges of the last two years and what we need to do future-proof ourselves to take on this new world.
Kelly will not only talk about the practicalities of adapting to these changes but also discuss the need for us to have the courage and confidence to be the HR/People leaders of 2023 and beyond.
