This forum will look at Diversity & Inclusion from an employee wellbeing perspective.

We all know that a diverse and inclusive environment creates a sense of belonging among employees. Businesses which adopt D & I practises see the huge benefits this brings both in terms of employee wellbeing and business results.

This session will explore what diversity and inclusion really means to businesses.  We will review what practises need to be adopted to develop the right culture where all team members feel connected and able to bring their whole selves to work.
